Herbs To Help Beat The Cold

These are herbs that will help sooth your body and help fight off the cold, fever, or flu. 

Ingredients:

ginger

garlic

Lemon

orange

Fresh Rosemary 

Turmeric

Cinnamon stick or powder 

Honey

Sealable Jars( to store the medicine)

chop each of these ingredients into small pieces. Place them in the glass jar, add honey, seal the container. After dealing the container, steam a pot of water, add the jars in the pot, steam for 5-7 minutes, remove the jars from the pot. Place them upside down on an even surface, wait until the jars are cool then place the jars in a cool dark area. Use after 1 week of letting the ingredients marinate with the honey. Perfect for anyone 1 year and older. 

After 1 week of marinating, take 1 tablespoon per day until you feel better.
